Our Story

Sensei Dave Woods is a 5th degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and has taught classes since 2002. Sensei Dave had been a law enforcement officer for 20 years.  He is well versed in the police use of force continuum and incorporates this training in his self protection teachings. 

This kind of training assists the student in being able to explain their actions in a more professional manner.

    This is a seminar based on how to use a key chain to aid in your self defense and personal protection. For those 14 years old and up We teach you a variety of ways to hold the tool, load the tool and how to use it in various self defense scenarios. $25 for the course without a key chain or $35 with.
